Bay-Con Strikes Back planned for April 22

ESCANABA — Bay-Con Strikes Back will be held on Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Bay College in Escanaba. The event features vendors that can help you find that favorite childhood toy or special vinyl record. Attendees can also show their cosplay skills or hang out with a stormtrooper. Old-school video games like Atari, Nintendo, or Sega will also be on hand.

There will also be modern and vintage toys, video games, vinyl records, movies, comics, pop-culture art, and more. There will be over 100 tables of vended goods, a cosplay contest, live music, Nerdology trivia, celebrity voice actor Sean Chiplock, and a Magic the Gathering card game event.

The event is free, although a donation of $2 for those 10 and older is recommended. T-shirts, limited edition prints, food, and vendor items will be available for purchase. Bay-Con is a fundraiser for student organizations and athletic teams at Bay College. More information can be found on the Bay-Con Strikes Back event page.
