ESCANABA -- The Children's Room of the Escanaba Public Library will be hosting several events in December.
Saturday, December 3 is a Multicultural Story Hour at 1 p.m. in the Children's Story Room. This event is hosted by the Multicultural Club of Bay College. Children ages 5 and up can learn about the Inuit culture.
A special Lego Club will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, December 10 in the main room of the library. The theme is "Santa's Lego Workshop." There will be prizes and refreshments. This is for children of all ages.
Santa will visit on Saturday, December 17 at 1 p.m. To accommodate everyone, this will take place in the Council Chambers. This event is sponsored by the Friends of the Escanaba Public Library and Canterbury Book Store. Each child will receive a small gift.
These events are free and open to the public.
