ESCANABA — The Bay Sages will meet for their regular monthly meeting on Thursday, November 3, at 10 a.m at the Joseph Heirman University Center at Bay de Noc Community College.

The Bay Sages is an organization established to provide educational opportunities for older adults residing in the Delta County area. Dues are $20 for the year and include monthly newsletters, coffee and rolls at regular meetings and a wide variety of educational opportunities for members. Guests and new members are welcome.

Dues are payable at the meeting or can be mailed to the Bay Sages at Bay College.

The program for November will be presented by Martin Fix and Jessica LaMarch on the collection and processing of honey. They will also provide a display of the wide range of products that are made.

Upcoming programs will include Ray and Maggie Miller (Dec. 8) with a travelogue on European travel. The December meeting will also include the annual Christmas luncheon with entertainment. The January 12 meeting will be provided by Roy Dahlgren on Trapping in the U.P.
