GLADSTONE — The City of Gladstone will be starting its annual chip sealing of streets Wednesday, July 27 through Friday, July 29, weather permitting. This year’s streets are in the Michigan / Wisconsin Avenue area from 2nd Street to 9th Street. Approximately one week later another crew will be completing the job by applying a fog seal over the freshly laid chip seal.
