ESCANABA -- The Bay de Noc Choral Society begins rehearsals for its annual holiday concert on December 5 on Tuesday, September 14 from 7 to 9 p.m. at Bethany Lutheran Church in Escanaba. All new singers are welcome to join and the group is seeking all voice parts; there are no auditions.
The concert is titled "A Lot of Thanksgiving and a Little Bit of Christmas." Masks are required for rehearsals. Bring your own or you can purchase a special singer's mask for $10 at the first Tuesday rehearsal. Safe singing protocols will be practiced. Past members who still have music from the canceled spring 2020 concert are asked to bring that concert's music to the 14th rehearsal.
