ESCANABA — Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties is offering kindergarten and preschool screenings for children ages 3-5, registered for fall classes. Michigan’s Public Health Code requires hearing and vision requirements for children during pre-school and again prior to entering kindergarten. Hearing and vision screening is provided free. Immunizations will also be available the day of kindergarten and preschool screening.

Clinics are scheduled in the Escanaba office, located at 2920 College Avenue, on July 22 and Aug. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EDT. Screenings will be available in the Menominee office, located at 909 10th Avenue, on July 29 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CDT.
