ESCANABA — Public Health, Delta & Menominee Counties (PHDM) will be holding Back to School COVID-19 vaccination clinics in both Escanaba and Menominee. The Pfizer vaccine will be administered to children age 12 and older.

The Menominee vaccination clinic will be held on August 2 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CDT at the PHDM office, located at 909 10th Avenue. Vaccinations will be available in the Escanaba office, located at 2920 College Avenue, on August 6 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EDT. The Pfizer vaccine is a two-dose series, and appointments will be made for the child’s second shot during the vaccine clinics.

– Quarantine not required

– Mask-free in certain situations

– Less likely to miss school and other events due to illness

– Less likely to spread COVID-19 to others

– Resume activities done prior to the pandemic
