ESCANABA — The City of Escanaba Recreation Department has received a grant award for the Ludington Park Tennis Court Project. The project will consist of creating pickleball courts and resurfacing two tennis courts in Ludington Park.

“The project is crucial to be completed this year as the tennis courts are in poor condition which creates a danger to play on.

The courts are located in Ludington Park which the city prides itself for as a great asset to the community”, said Kim Peterson, recreation director.
