Jason Bradley Wicklund, 45, of 7804 Swede 13th Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; eight days jail, credit for two days served; 40 hours community service; 12 months probation; must complete outpatient treatment rehabilitative services; $1,250 fines and costs.

Ryan Charles Swaffer, 33, of 129 Beaver Road, Kawkawlin, Mich., pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; 11 days jail, credit for two days served; 12 months probation; must complete outpatient treatment rehabilitative services; $1,250 fines and costs.

Joshua David Bourdeau, 38, of 5967 27.5 Road, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of operating while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for three days served, one day suspended; 24 hours community service; six months probation; $1,350 fines and costs.

Christopher Lyle-James Smith, 20, of 1000 1st Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of motor vehicle – unlawful use and one count of operating while intoxicated; 75 days jail for the first count and 10 days for the second, credit for four days served on both, all remaining days suspended; 120 hours community service; 12 months probation; $1,000 restitution; $1,850 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Milton J Walker, 47, of 1620 Willow Creek Road Apt. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of operating – license suspended, revoked, denied – second or subsequent offense notice; 30 days jail, credit for 15 days served; $125 fines and costs.
