Veteran’s Day set in Hermansville
HERMANSVILLE — Floriano-Stecker-Kelly American Legion Post 340 Veteran’s Day schedule for Monday, Nov. 11, has been announced.
At 10:30 a.m. CST, veterans, American Legion, Ladies Auxiliary will meet at the American Legion Club Rooms. At 10:45 a.m. CST the march will begin to the Veteran’s Memorial Marker (Transportation is available for veterans who wish to ride). At 11 a.m., the flag raising will occur with remarks by Post Commander James Walsh with the placing of wreaths and Taps. Participants will return to American Legion club rooms for a light lunch. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.
