ESCANABA — The 2100 block of 5th Ave South will be closed to all traffic beginning Monday July 15.

This work is due to a water service replacements, curb, and side walk restoration being conducted prior to the scheduled re-surfacing of this road way. This work is expected to take one to two weeks, and the road closure will remain in place until the work is completed

No disruption to potable water service to adjacent costumers is expected.

Expect some delays, and slow down near this work.
