ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Kathleen Lynn Oconnell, 31, of 1116 Shea Ave., Green Bay, Wis., was bound over on the following counts: one count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and one count of jails – furnishing contraband to prisoners, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on June 13, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $40,000 cash/surety.
