ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Cory Raymond Irving, 44, of 806 2nd Ave. S., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2019 in Escanaba. Irving posted a 10 percent of $10,000 bond.

Richard Michael Bizeau III, 33, of 716 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone, was bound over on the following two counts: controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and licenses sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and controlled substance – possession (substance added to schedule 5 by rule), a one-year misdemeanor and a maximum fine of $2,000.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 13, 2019 in Gladstone. Bizeau’s bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety.

Robert John Anderson, 39, of of 6724 Oak Bluff 23.7 Drive, Gladstone, was bound over on three counts of police officer – assaulting/resisting/obstructing, two-year felonies with a maximum fine of $2,000 each.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 17, 2019 in Delta County. Anderson’s bond was set at $1,500 cash.

Ronald Gene Coleman, 34, of 939 N. 20th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of false report of a felony, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on April 16, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $2,500 cash/surety.

Randall James King, 28, of 6531 2nd Ave., Wells, was bound over on the following two counts: domestic violence – third offense notice, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000; and interfering with electronic communications, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 18, 2019 in Escanaba Township. The bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety.

Amy Lynn Teeple, 38, of homeless, Escanaba, was bound over on two counts of uttering and publishing, a 14-year felony. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on Feb. 21, 2019 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $12,000 cash/surety.

William Thomas Deshambo, 29, of 1517 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, was bound over on the following two counts: embezzlement – agent or trustee $1,000 or more but less than $20,000, a five-year felony and a maximum fine of $10,000 or three times the amount embezzled, whichever is greater; and financial transactions device – illegal sale/use, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred between Jan. 16, 2019 through Feb. 25, 2019 in Delta County. Deshambo posted a 10 percent of $7,500 bond.

Peter William Plouff, 50, of 9902 River J5 Lane, Cornell, was bound over on one count of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Jan. 29, 2019 in Cornell Township. Plouff posted a $20,000 cash/surety bond.

Spencer Dean Lafave, 20, of 6181 M-35, Gladstone, was bound over on the following counts: weapons – firearms – larceny, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,500; and breaking and entering – a vehicle to steal property $200 or more but less than $1,000, a one-year misdemeanor and a maximum fine of $2,000 or three times the value of the property stolen, whichever is greater.

The charges stem from an incident that occurred on April 24, 2019 in Gladstone. The bond was set at $125,000 cash/surety.

Mitchel Alan LaFave, 36, of 1315 2nd Ave. S. Apt. 4, Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (schedules 1, 2 and 3 except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on Nov. 26, 2018 in Delta County. The bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety.
