ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Krystal Mary White, 33, of 210 S. 9th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on July 18, 2018 in Escanaba. The bond was set at $25,000 cash/surety.

Noel Delalus Sagataw, 34, of 1403 S. 13th St., Escanaba, was bound over on one count of sex offenders – failure to comply with registration act, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 13, 2019 in Escanaba. Sagataw posted a $2,500 cash bond.

William Shalom Dorman, 24, of 2032 Russet Court No. 2, Appleton, Wis., was bound over on one count of home invasion – first degree, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on March 8, 2019 in Escanaba. Dorman posted a $1,000 cash bond.

Steven Allan Cutler, 35, of 6403 N. 5th St., Wells, was bound over on the following two counts: child support – failing to pay, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000; and child support – failing to pay, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and habitual offender – third offense notice, which could double the maximum sentence on the primary offense. The charges stem from incidents that occurred between Oct. 1, 2017 to Sept. 30, 2018 and Jan. 1, 2019 to March 31, 2019 in Escanaba. Cutler posted a bond set at 10 percent of $20,000.

Brian Charles Scherer, 34, of 321 S. 18th St., Escanaba, was bound over on the following two counts: conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000; and computers – using to commit a crime – maximum imprisonment of 20 years or more or life, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $20,000. The charges stem from an incident that occurred between February 2018 and April 20, 2018 in Escanaba. Scherer’s bond was set at $30,000 cash/surety.
