Elmer’s County Market’s Community Care program has raised $500 in Elmer’s gift cards for the Delta Animal Shelter. The Community Care Program allows Elmer’s customers to donate their Elmer’s Rewards Card points to the non-profit organization of their choice. The non-profit organizations can choose to make purchases with the gift card, sell the gift card or donate the gift card. There are currently over 70 non-profit organizations signed up for Elmer’s Community Care Program. To learn more about the program, visit elmersfresh.com.
