IMPAIRED/INTOXICATED DRIVING

Andrew John Boursaw, 35, of 222 N. 13th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days suspended with 24 hours community service in lieu of jail time; 12 months probation; $1,450 fines and costs.

Erik Steven Bloomquist, 39, of W291N4525 Tolbert, Hartland, Wis., pleaded guilty to operating with a high BAC; 38 days jail, credit for 38 days served; six months probation; $1,600 fines and costs.

Zachary Craig Micheau, 26, of 10521 S.75 Rd., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated/impaired/with the presence of a controlled substance – second (operating – suspended/revoked license – second/subsequent dismissed); 18 days jail, credit for 10 days served; 12 months probation; alcohol highway safety education; $1,300 fines and costs.

Joshua Lourn Young, 32, of E5114 M-35, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (weapons – pistols – carrying concealed under the influence dismissed); four days jail, credit for one day served, three days suspended with 24 hours community service in lieu of jail time; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

Spencer David Smith, 22, of 223 W. Washington St. No. 2, Marquette, pleaded guilty to operating – while intoxicated/impaired/with the presence of a controlled substance – second; 16 days jail, credit for two days served, 14 days suspended; 24 months probation; $1,800 fines and costs.

Thomas David Fisher, 51, of 2344 Beulah Church Rd., Lumberton, N.C., pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; four days jail, credit for two days served, two days suspended with 16 hours community service in lieu of jail time; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

James Michael Rowley Jr., 44, of 225 S. 10th St. No. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – suspended/revoked license – second/subsequent and motor vehicle – operation without security; 15 days jail, credit for three days served, 12 days suspended with 60 hours of community service in lieu of jail time; six months probation; $925 fines and costs.

Brian Malik Latta, 22, of 406 E. Park St. Apt. 16, Marquette; pleaded guilty to drive on a suspended license (license plate — unlawful use dismissed); $350 fines and costs.

Terry Joe Porter, 31, of 309 S. 9th St. No. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – license suspended, revoked, denied/allowing suspended person to operate – second or subsequent and alcohol – open container in vehicle; ordered not to drive; $650 fines and costs.

Nicolas Suarez, 25, of 932 Cameron Circle, Monroe, Mich., pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license; $750 fines and costs.

MARIJUANA

Tyler Thomas Tousignant, 24, of 4243 18th Rd., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – use of marijuana (controlled substance – possession of marijuana dismissed); $650 fines and costs.
