Cases sent to circuit court

ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Travis Brent Howell, 26, of 310 N. 19th St., Escanaba, was bound over on two counts of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (Schedules 1, 2, and 3, except marijuana, meth, ecstasy, and cocaine), a seven-year felony with a maximum fine of $10,000. The charges stem from incidents on or about June 21 and July 24, 2017. Cash bond was set at $2,500, with the conditions that Howell is not to use or possess any controlled substances not legally prescribed and that he is subject to random drug tests.

Jay David Odovero, 45, of 101A Quarry Road, Marquette, was bound over on a count of motor vehicle – unlawful driving away (a five-year felony with a suspended license) and a count of driving – reckless (a 93-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500). The charges stem from an incident on or about March 16 in Wells Township. A cash bond of $1,000 was posted.

Corian Jami Davis, 20, of 4532 Golf Drive, Windsor, Wis., was bound over on a count of controlled substance – delivery/manufacture (Schedule 4), a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charges stem from an incident on or about June 6 in Escanaba. Bond was set at 10 percent of $10,000.
