Traffic stop leads to drug arrests in Schoolcraft County

MANISTIQUE — A routine traffic stop in Schoolcraft County lead to the arrest of two Minnesota women on drug-related charges, according to the Schoolcraft County Sheriff’s Department.

Kayleigh Ann Buchholz, 31, of Richmond, Minn., was charged with possession of methamphetamine, a 10-year felony.

Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.

Janelle Christine Nelson, 34, of Cold Springs, Minn., is charged with delivery/manufacture marijuana, a four-year felony.

Bond is set at 10 percent of $5,000.
