IMPAIRED DRIVING

Robert William Nivion, 62, of 6685 30.5 Road, Perkins, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while impaired; five days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; $825 fines and costs.

DRUG CHARGES

Michael Thomas Desotell, 22, of 608 Blackwell Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – use of marijuana and pleaded guilty to allowing a suspended person to operate a motor vehicle; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; $750 fines and costs.

A conviction was entered for Kyler Scott Aho, 17, of 1214 Montana Ave., Gladstone, who pleaded guilty to one count of controlled substance – possession of marijuana; 10 days jail, credit for two days served; six months probation; drivers license suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days; $575 fines and costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Edward Duane Viau, 30,of 605 N. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; 17 days jail, credit for five days served; 12 months probation; $1,225 fines and costs.

Douglas Paul Koish, 61, of 3840 L.15 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded no contest to domestic violence, second offense; 30 days jail, credit for 22 days served; six months probation; $1,225 fines and costs.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

Mitchel James Melin, 30, of 1462 17th Road, Bark River, pleaded guilty to breaking and entering – illegal entry without owner’s permission and pleaded guilty to trespassing; 69 days jail, credit for 69 days served; $125 fines and costs.

LARCENY

Rachael Marie Leadman, 34, of 919 1st Ave. N., upper apt. Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of larceny $200-$1,000; 45 days jail, credit for four days served; six months probation; $1,025 fines and costs.
