ESCANABA — Thanksgiving has always been one of my favorite holidays. Based on the fact that for many years I didn’t live in the area, I almost always made it home for Thanksgiving. I have many fond memories getting together on Wednesday night with many friends that also either came back to the area for the extended weekend or were fortunate enough to not have moved away.
