ESCANABA — Sage Miller Marketing & Communications, a national marketing and communications agency, has officially relocated its headquarters from Portland, Oregon, to Escanaba.
The move marks a homecoming for Director of Operations James Miller, an Escanaba native who is returning to his roots to help establish the agency’s new physical hub.
“Escanaba has always been home, and the opportunity to bring a high-caliber agency to the Upper Peninsula is incredibly rewarding,” James Miller said. “We want to show that sophisticated, national-level marketing operations can thrive right here in Delta County, supporting local economic growth while continuing to serve our clients across the country.”
Founder & Fractional CMO Sage Miller brings over a decade of experience in marketing, communications and strategy. The agency specializes in translating complex businesses into compelling, human-centric marketing. Its service offerings include fractional chief marketing officer support, social media content development, email marketing, website design and comprehensive brand storytelling.
In the modern business landscape, serving national clients no longer requires being physically located in a major metropolitan center. Sage Miller Marketing & Communications leverages modern digital infrastructure to manage campaigns across the United States from its new Escanaba headquarters.
The relocation represents a strategic long-term commitment to the region, with the agency planning to integrate into the local business community and collaborate with regional organizations.
