ESCANABA — Mike Nardi, president and CEO of Baybank, along with its board of directors, is pleased to announce the addition of Derek Light to their lending team. Light’s focus will primarily be in the consumer lending arena, but will include mortgage lending as well. Light joins Baybank with more than eight years of financial industry experience, having served most recently as the branch manager of Heights Finance Corp. in Marinette, Wis.

“Derek’s strong leadership skills and experience in personal banking, coupled with his passion to create long-lasting customer relationships make him a worthy addition to our organization,” said Nardi.

Light is a resident of Gladstone where he and his fiance, Rachael Strand, are raising their three daughters, Lucy, Graysen and Marjorie.
