Escanaba realtor receives recognition

ESCANABA — The National Association of Realtors has announced that Christopher Germain, a Realtor with Premier Real Estate, Inc from Escanaba, has become a Crystal R investor in the Realtors Political Action Committee. RPAC is a national bipartisan grassroots-based political advocacy organization that works to protect the real estate industry and the dream of homeownership for Delta County residents and across the country.

Germain has supported RPAC for six years and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors® since 2004. Germain has been active in the real estate industry since he started in 2004. He has served on the Delta County MLS Committee, is the current President of the Upper Peninsula Realtors®, and is the District One Director of the Michigan Realtors®. Germain was named the Upper Peninsula Realtor® of the Year in 2018 and 2019 and has earned his PSA and ABR designations. Germain also serves on the Michigan Board of Real Estate Brokers and Salepersons.

“I support RPAC because they are consistently fighting for private property rights and issues that impact our local area, the state, and the nation,” said Germain. “The Michigan Realtors® will work with issues that are state issues as well as ones that are impacting our community directly. When the “Dark Store” tax loophole was affecting Escanaba and Marquette, the Realtors® were there working with our Representatives to help stop the financial burden that it was causing. This is just one of the many ways our organization’s RPAC funds can help.”
