Four Seasons Island Resort has reopened

PEMBINE, Wis. — An iconic Wisconsin resort has reopened after being closed for several years. The Four Seasons Island Resort on Miscauno Island reopened to the public on April 4. The River Golf Course at The Four Seasons Island Resort is undergoing major improvements and is planned to reopen spring of 2019.

The Four Seasons Island Resort, located on Miscauno Island, is a luxury island resort offering all-suite lodging, fine dining, spa, banquet/weddings and conference space, championship golf and world-class recreational opportunities. The resort is located on the Menominee River and also offers access to area snowmobile and ATV trail access.

Originally opened in 1905 by the Wisconsin and Michigan Railroad, this 55 all-suite hotel is located on Miscauno Island tucked into the north woods of Wisconsin.

“The magnificent historical facade continues to impress guests as they first peer up at the grand entry when traveling across the original one lane, one hundred-year-old, steel constructed bridge. Guests enjoy modern amenities while the resort’s original architecture, charm and relaxing ambiance have been tastefully preserved,” a press release on the opening stated.

“We are extremely excited to be reopening this incredible gem. Over the past several months, our staff has been working diligently to make much needed improvements while respecting the long and amazing history of this amazing resort. The amenities and breathe taking scenery of the Four Seasons Island Resort is second to none. We look forward to hosting guests helping them create lifelong memories on our beautiful island for years to come,” said General Manager James Montie.
