ESCANABA — Tammy Garling, of Perkins, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors, has earned the 2017 International President’s Premier Award. This award represents the top 1 percent of sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker family. This award is awarded to top producing agents.

Garling has been with Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors for 18 years. She is a member of MAR, NAR, and UPAR. She is also on the Gladstone High School Baseball Board, and she coaches Little League Baseball.
