First Bank announces appointments
GLADSTONE – First Bank has announced appointment of three employees.
Linda Wicklund, vice president, was recently designated mortgage loan manager. Wicklund has been with the organization for 15 years and had prior banking experience. She will continue to assist both consumer and mortgage loan customers and is placing additional focus on activities within the mortgage department including business development. Wicklund received her Associates Degree from Bay College and is an active member in both the Stonington Booster Club and the Gladstone Downtown Development Association. She and husband Kelly reside in Rapid River.
Lisa Anderson, compliance officer, was appointed vice president. Prior to assuming the new role of compliance officer in 2013, Anderson was a consumer and mortgage loan officer. Anderson has been employed with First Bank for 13 years and had previously worked for Riverside Auto. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Lake Superior State University. Anderson is a member of the Security Advisory Council and serves as the bank’s security officer. She resides in Escanaba with husband Keith and is an active member of St. Anne’s Church where she is an Extraordinary Minister of Communion and Lector.
James Hansen was appointed assistant vice president. His roles of responsibility are in the areas of loan recovery management, facility management and business development. Hansen has been with First Bank for five years, after 33 years with the Escanaba Public Safety Department. He is an active member of the Escanaba Rotary Club and life member of the Michigan Association of Chiefs of Police. He and wife Pam reside in Days River.
