Healthcare Cybersecurity Summit set for Oct. 27
MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Upper Peninsula Cybersecurity Institute is cohosting the 2026 U.P. Fall Healthcare Cybersecurity Summit at the Northern Center tomorrow Oct. 27.
The event, co-hosted by the UPCI, the Michigan Health & Hospital Association and the University of Michigan Medicine, will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Northern Center Ballroom IV.
Healthcare and cybersecurity leaders from across Michigan will convene for a day of practical learning on protecting hospitals and healthcare systems from cyber threats. In addition, a group of NMU Information Assurance and Cyber Defense students will take part in a career Q&A and breakfast with healthcare cybersecurity professionals in the Peninsula II Room.
