5,000 awarded to Tri-County Safe Harbor
Community Foundation for Delta County Board of Trustee Member, Mr. Bob VanDamme and Mrs. Chris Lundin present a check in the amount of $5,000.00 to Mrs. Liz Reed, Executive Director and Ms. Mary Robus Board Vice-President of the Tri-County Safe Harbor, Inc from the Larry and Chris Lundin Endowment Fund, a fund held by the Community Foundation for Delta County, an affiliate of the Community Foundation of the Upper Peninsula.
“It is my pleasure to present the Tri-County Safe Harbor, Inc. funds on behalf of my late husband, Larry, and myself. The work they do and the people they help to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking in Delta, Menominee and Schoolcraft counties is incredible,’ commented Mrs. Lundin.
Mrs. Reed gratefully said, “The funds we received from the Larry and Chris Lundin Endowed Fund, as well as support from the Community Foundation for Delta County and other donors, is critical to the success of the services we offer. We are extremely grateful.”
