Jacqueline and Andrew Jensen

WAIKIKI BEACH, Hawaii — Jacqueline Marie Slovak and Andrew James Jensen were married on Oct. 21, 2020 in an intimate ceremony on the beach in Hawaii. They chose a local minister to officiate the ceremony and also be their single witness.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Brenda Slovak of Rosemount, Minn. The groom is the son of David and Kristine Jensen of Gladstone.

Jacquie and Andrew both graduated from Michigan Technological University in December 2016 with degrees in mechanical engineering. Jacquie has since completed a masters degree in business administration from Texas A&M.

The couple resides in Isanti, Minn. with their two dogs, Moose and Rudy, and their cat, Nala. They are both employed by Polaris Inc.

A reception will be held for family and friends this summer in the Upper Peninsula.
