Roger VanDrese, right assistant Delta County engineer superintendent and Doug Bovin, Delta County Board chairman, study a large hole near the Portage Creek bridge on M-35. An approximately 100 cubic foot hole developed Thursday evening due to pressure from the creek against the bridge.
