Bay Cliff Health Camp Golf Outing scramble

ESCANABA — The GFWC (General Federation of Women’s Club) is hosting a golf scramble outing to support Bay Cliff Health Camp on June 12 at the Escanaba Country Club.

The cost of participating in the scramble is $320 per four-person team, plus a $30 fee for a cart if needed. The cost includes dinner, hole events, cash flights, and a lunch on the course.

ESCANABA — The Holy Name Class of 1966 is having a reunion meeting on Monday, June 30, at 4 p.m. at the Escanaba Country Club.

Gladstone Memorial Day ceremonies planned

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone American Legion Post 71 will have a Memorial Ceremony at the Fernwood Cemetery on Monday, May 26, 10 a.m. and at 11 a.m. at the Yacht club. The ceremony is to honor all those who have gone before us.

Township Memorial Day ceremonies set

ESCANABA TOWNSHIP — The Escanaba River American Legion Post 115 will perform Memorial Day services beginning at the cemetery in Watson at 9 a.m. They then go to Northland cemetery and finally conclude at Escanaba Township Cemetery at 11 a.m.

Democrats to meet

ESCANABA — The Delta Dems will meet Wednesday, June 4, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the USW Hall, 1201 Sheridan Road, Escanaba. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m.
