Daily Press file photo Shoppers had a chance to test their vision at the Delta Plaza in Escanaba on Saturday, April 14, 1985, when two stores featured a “window” display of live mannequins wearing spring fashions. The models were Escanaba Area High School students who auditioned to become “statues for the day.” Eight were chosen out of the more than 40 students who auditioned.
