Democrats to meet

ESCANABA — The Delta Dems will meet Wednesday, Nov. 13, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the USW Hall, 1201 Sheridan Road, Escanaba. Social time begins at 6:30 p.m.

There will not be a meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

The Delta Dems are currently planning to be at the Carpenter’s Hall, 1219 1st Avenue South, Escanaba, on Fridays from 5-7 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon until the election. Updates or changes will be announced on Facebook and email.

Genealogical Society to meet Monday

ESCANABA — The next meeting of the Delta County Genealogical Society is Monday, Oct. 28 at 6:30 p.m. in room 961 of the Joseph Heirman University Center Building at Bay College in Escanaba. The public is always welcome to attend. Those attending are encouraged to bring stories and research problems.

St. Joseph Curch bazaar

PERKINS — St. Joseph Church in Perkins will hold a fall bazaar on Saturday, Oct. 26 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch will be available. The public is welcome.
