Indian Education feast planned for Oct. 29

ESCANABA — Escanaba Schools’ Title VI Indian Education public feast will be held at the Upper Elementary cafeteria on Tuesday, Oct. 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. Indian Ed program forum information will be available.

For handicap accessibility, use street-level doors on South 16 Street. Elevator near 15th Street main entry offers access to cafeteria level.

St. Thomas Church pasty sale

ESCANABA — St. Thomas Church will be selling pasties on Nov. 13 and 14 from 3 to 5 p.m. There will be no early sales.

Pasties will be available with or without rutabaga. Pick up is at St. Thomas Church.

Hunters Breakfast set

ROCK — The Rock Lions will hold an all you can eat “Hunters Breakfast” buffet on Sunday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The meal is open to the public.

The Rock Lions Club is a non-profit service organization that provides funding for charitable organizations and local needs, located at 14454 M-35 in Rock.

Steak Feed dinner Tomorrow in Gladstone

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone American Legion will hold its next Steak Feed dinner on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Gladstone American Legion Post 71 building, located at 802 Delta Avenue in Gladstone. The cost is $20 per person.
