On June 10, the Bark River American Legion Post 438 installed new officers for the upcoming year. The post officers are Sergeant of Arms Mark Kleiman, Chaplain Len Gilley, Commander Gary Bergquist, Adjutant Joe Potvin, 3rd Commander Ken Veeser, Service Officer Dwayne Klein, 2nd Commander Brent Madalinski (not present), and Treasurer Dennis Hopkins.
