PINE CITY, Minn. — Larry LaPalm, of Escanaba, was named to the President’s List at Pine Technical & Community College in Pine City, Minn. He is studying gunsmithing and firearms technology.

Honors students who enrolled in 12 credits or more, and received a grade point average of 4.0 are named to the President’s List.
