ESCANABA -- "Another Wednesday with Bernie," a presentation of photos scanned from the negatives of long-time Daily Press photographer Bernie Schultz, is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 21.
Presenter Rich Anzalone has identified most of the subjects and locations in the photos. Photographs include views of Escanaba from the air, images of children at the beach and in youth activities, and news photos, mostly from the 1950s and '60s.
The program begins at 7 p.m. in the Heirman Center at Bay College.
The event is open to the public without charge. It is the first of three scheduled programs in the society's 2024 Winter Outreach Series. Additional programs are planned for March 13 and April 17.
