RAPID RIVER -- On June 10, the family and friends of Victor and Joan Zar gathered at their home in Rapid River to celebrate their birthdays. Vic turned 88 on June 2, and Joan turned 85 on June 10.
During the event, five generations of their family tree took a photo together: Vic and Joan; their daughter, Victoria Goodsell; their granddaughter, Jessica Judson; their great-grandson, Talon Judson; their great-great-grandson Leyton Judson, age five; and their great-great-great granddaughter, Paislee Judson, age three months. Paislee was born on June 2, Victor's 88th birthday.
