ESCANABA — Delta TOPS Chapter MI0726 met Aug. 22 for their annual picnic. Following the potluck supper, officers were elected for the next year as follows: Leader Noreen Corwin, Co-leader Lori Magnuson, Treasurer Roxanne Frossard, Secretary Kristine Gallant, Weight Recorder Jean Anderson, and Assistant Weight Recorder Robin Custance. The new member committee was also set with Lynne Magnuson, Sonia Nelson and Barb Couillard.

Cheryl Larson was appointed as weight loss incentive games administrator. Larson achieved her KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly) status in 2022.

Noreen Corwin was recognized for reaching her goal weight and becoming a KOPS in 2023. She shared her testimony about her long weight loss journey and how she achieved losing over 100 pounds during the picnic.

The chapter meets ever Tuesday at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Escanaba.
