ESCANABA — “Gardens in Bloom,” the annual Delta County garden walk, is scheduled for Sunday, July 23, from 1 until 4 p.m.

The tour is sponsored by Bay de Noc Gardeners, Delta County Master Gardeners Association, and MSU-Extension’s Master Gardeners program.

This year’s tour features six private gardens, one in the Soo Hill/Danforth area and five in Escanaba, in addition to the Serenity Garden at OSF. MSU-Extension Smart Gardening information will be available at the Serenity Garden.

Gardens range in style from the large, established garden of a dedicated gardener to the low-maintenance garden of a dedicated golfer, with a variety of creative and inspiring gardens between.

Tickets with a map of the tour will be available at Gust Asp’s, Wickert Floral, Pam’s Petals, and The Frame Farm in Gladstone prior to the tour. The event will take place rain or shine. Light refreshments will be served.
