Delta Kappa Gamma donates to Esky schools’ clothes closet

The clothes closet for students in 6-12 grades attending Escanaba Schools was presented with a donation from the Beta Sigma Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority International recently. This closet began 25 years ago through the special education department. They have since expanded and now service all students. The closet, which is used daily, offers nice clothes appropriate for teens, personal items, and shoes. The students have even organized fashion shows using the closet. Shown above are Delta Kappa Gamma Beta Sigma Chapter representatives Dolly Salmi and Jeanne Stafford presenting LeeAnn Bink, from Escanaba Schools, a check to use for their clothes closet.
