Genealogical Society meeting planned
ESCANABA -- The next meeting of the Delta County Genealogical Society is Monday, May 22, at 7 p.m. and will be at the Family Research Center, 1021 S 14th St, Escanaba, MI. For information, call Richard Reiffers at 906-233-9261.
Memorial Day services
ESCANABA TOWNSHIP -- Escanaba River Post 115 will have Memorial Day services at the Watson Cemetery at 9 a.m., the Northland Cemetery at 9:30 a.m., and the Flat Rock (Escanaba Township) Cemetery at 11:30 a.m.
All-you-can-eat breakfast
GLADSTONE -- The American Legion Post 71 of Gladstone will be hosting an all-you-can-eat breakfast on Sunday, May 21, from 9 a.m. to noon. The public is welcome.
Memorial Day ceremony at Rock Cemetery
ROCK -- The Rock American Legion will be having its annual Memorial Day Ceremony at the Rock Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Memorial Day. The cemetery is located on West Maple Ridge Road in Rock.
The Rock Legion Auxiliary will host a coffee and fellowship hour after the ceremony at the Rock Senior Center. Snacks and poppies will be available.
