Trade scholarship ­fundraiser planned

BAGLEY — The West Bagley Homemakers are announcing their Trade School Scholarship Fundraiser, which will benefit students from the Stephenson and Carney-Nadeau high school classes of 2023.

The event will take place Saturday, Nov. 12 at 1 p.m. at St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in Stephenson. The event will feature bingo, bucket raffles, and 50/50 drawings. A light lunch will also be served.

Pasty sale in Rapid River

RAPID RIVER — St. Charles Church in Rapid River will hold a hunters’ pasty sale on Tuesday, Nov 8. Pickup is from 1 to 4 p.m. Call 906-474-6606 to reserve an order.

The church’s final sale for the year will be on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

No November steak feed

GLADSTONE — The American Legion Post 71 will not be hosting a steak feed dinner in November.
