YMCA to host Fall Family Festival

ESCANABA — The Northern Lights YMCA Delta Center will be offering a free family day at the YMCA by hosting the Fall Family Festival on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The program is provided through a partnership with DS Tech and U.P. Health Systems.

Families will have the opportunity to participate in games and activities, as well as jump in the bounce house. Children can stop by the pumpkin patch to select a free pumpkin to take home. Each person will receive a swim pass to be used at the YMCA pool. In addition to the free activities, the YMCA will also have raffles and concessions with family-friendly pricing.

“We’re excited about offering our fall event to the community at our new facility,” said Caron Salo, associate executive director of the YMCA. “We appreciate our partners, DS Tech and U.P.
