Steak feed Thursday

GLADSTONE — The American Legion Post 71 in Gladstone will be hosting a steak feed dinner on Thursday, July 28. Dinner runs from 4:30 until 7 p.m.

Blood drive Friday

ESCANABA — UP Regional Blood Center will be holding a community blood drive Friday, July 29 from 1:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the AirMedCare hangar, located at 3405 Ludington Street in Escanaba.

Chicken dinner Aug. 6

GLADSTONE — Memorial United Methodist Church will be having a chicken dinner, dine-in or take out, on Saturday, Aug. 6. Serving will be from noon to 6 p.m. The church is located at 1920 Lake Shore Dr., Gladstone (near McDonald’s).
