Remember When?

In this photo, originally published in the June 7, 1977 edition of the Daily Press, Jim Gerou, of 612 N. 20th Street in Escanaba, planned to do some fishing. To carry his poles, he attached a homemade buggy to his bicycle. The bright yellow fishing cart was made by the father of one of Gerou’s friends, Lewy LePalm, of 637 N. 19th Street. Gerou called the cart “The Road Runner.”
