MARSP to meet

GLADSTONE — The May 3 meeting of MARSP will be held at United Memorial Methodist Church in Gladstone at noon. Don Johnson will be presenting a legislative update, following lunch.

Legion Post 82 meeting

ESCANABA — Escanaba American Legion Post 82 will meet on Tuesday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m. at the Purple Heart Building, 1202 Sheridan Road.

The spring fundraiser will be discussed. Volunteers are needed.

Cemetery accepting donations for sale

ESCANABA — Lakeview Cemetery is accepting donations for their 20th annual rummage sale now through June 4. Electronics, mattresses, or clothing will not be accepted.

All proceeds go to the upkeep of the cemetery. The cemetery is self-supporting. Call Sharon at 906-553-4230 for more information.

The rummage sale is set for June 10 and 11.

Legion Post 115 and auxiliary meet May 4

ESCANABA TOWNSHIP — The regular monthly meeting of the Escanaba River Legion Post 115 and the Auxiliary will held at the Escanaba Township Hall at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4.

ESCANABA — The Escanaba Class of 1972 will hold their 50th reunion on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at the Marketplace in downtown Escanaba.
