Easter brunch at Elks
ESCANABA — The Elks Lodge in Escanaba will be having Easter Brunch on April 17 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.
There was a mistake in the newsletter. There will not be a brunch on April 10.
For reservations for the Easter brunch, call the lodge at 906-786-2294, Wednesday through Saturday, after 4 p.m. and Sunday after 12 p.m.
Live music at AMVETS
ESCANABA — AMVETS Post 123 in Escanaba will host the band “Wingin’ It” on April 8. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Rock-Perkins Area Choir to perform for Easter
ROCK — The Rock-Perkins Area Cantata Choir will perform “What Wondrous Hope,” an Easter Cantata by Martin and Sorenson, on Sunday, April 10. They will present the concert twice: at 4 p.m. at Faith Lutheran Church in Rock and at 7 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Perkins.
Each performance will be followed with refreshments and a time of fellowship. A free-will offering will be gratefully accepted to help with the expense of the music.
Title VI Indian Ed feast
ESCANABA — Title VI Indian Education of Escanaba Schools Parent Committee is presenting the Spring Public Feast and honoring students, Tuesday, April 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. eastern, in the Upper Elementary cafeteria. The school is located at 1500 Ludington Street.

Dance in Rock April 10
ROCK — A dance will be held at the Rock Community/Senior Center, located at 3892 W. Mapleridge Road, on Sunday, April 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. Live music will be provided by Just The Two Of Us. There is a cost at the door and a freewill donation lunch will be provided.
