Elks Auxiliary meeting

ESCANABA — The Elks Auxiliary will hold their April meeting on Thursday, April 7. Social hour will be held at 5:30 p.m. with dinner at 6:45 p.m. The meeting will follow. Members are encouraged to bring a guest.

NSDAR to meet

CALUMET — The Onagomingkway Chapter of NSDAR will hold its monthly meeting Saturday, April 9, from noon until 3 p.m. EDT at The Hut Restaurant, 58540 Wolverine St. #41 in Calumet. The meal will be a la carte.

Easter Egg hunt set

GLADSTONE — First Lutheran Church, located at 1212 Minneapolis Ave. in Gladstone, is hosting a community Easter egg hunt on Saturday, April 16.

Lions Club Spring Social to benefit YMCA

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone Lions Club will hold their annual Spring Social and Fundraiser on Saturday, April 23. The newly formed Bay de Noc Lions have joined the Gladstone club in helping with this fundraiser. The event will be held at the Bluff Country Club with music provided by the Jam Band, beginning at 8 p.m. There will be 50/50 raffles, silent auction, and card raffles.

The local event will focus on supporting families in our community with the proceeds going to the Northern Lights YMCA Strong Kids program.

There is a cost to attend.
