Gladstone Legion ­meeting Monday

GLADSTONE — The Gladstone American Legion Post 71 will hold a combined meeting on Monday, Aug. 2 at 7 p.m.

Seniors meet Thursday

CORNELL — The Cornell Township Hall Seniors meet the first Thursday of the month. The next meeting is Aug. 5, with lunch at noon. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to pass and a small gift if they want to play bingo. For questions, call Betty at 906-384-6550.

Reunion canceled

ESCANABA — Due to COVID-19 restrictions, there will be no reunion for the class of 1953 from Escanaba and St. Joseph schools on Monday, Aug. 2, as previously planned.
